We will be fully open and honest with you throughout the process. We will give you an approximate time of completion when we collect or you drop your machine off.

If we run into any unforeseen problems meaning it will take longer than we’d have hoped, then we will inform you immediately. This also applies part replacement – we will not install any new parts until we have contacted you and you’re happy to continue.
